Customer Services Support Agent Night Shift

Responsibilities:In this role, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensure that clients enjoy their vacations to the fullest and that their vacation meets or exceeds the standards specified in the brochure, delivering outstanding destination services and ensuring that the ever-changing customer demands are met and exceded by providing Client Service through phone support and emails and assist the team to book reservations with the suppliers.Requirements:Willingness to work on a night shift.Must live in Bavaro/Punta Cana.At least 1 year of experience in similar position.Call center experience is a plus. High School DiplomaBilingual (English / Spanish) spoken & written.Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.Hold a Dominican Cedula & Residencia
