Job Description Summary:

This position is responsible for the development of the Stills portfolio and accountability to achieve Volume, Revenue, Profit and Share of Voice/Share of Market growth targets forCaribbean.

Function Specific Activities:

- Lead the development of commercial strategies and initiatives that capture value for the Stills portfolio per channel, assuring execution and tracking to capture growth opportunities.
- Feet-on-the-street approach to assure execution & discover new opportunities.
- Track, Assess and analyze Stills Key Business Indicators to identify opportunities in brand, channels & execution using different information tools like Compass, Nielsen, and others.
- Collaborate and develop with the bottler the strategies to improve sales.
- Lead a joint planning process and align targets & activities through the Stills Governance committee organization to assure alignment with leveraging on the 50/50 Model.
- Leverage on Divisional plan to expand relevance at modern trade of the Stills portfolio.
- Assure Business continuity supply through coordination of S&OP within the System
- Incorporate best practices and drive capabilities improvement i.e. pre-sell, merchandise & distribution

Requirements:

- Years or experience: 7 to 10 years of professional experience
- Extensive knowledge of High Volume Consumer Goods Industries
- Experience Areas: Operations / Marketing / Distribution
- Abilities: Analytical and out of the Box Thinking, Leadership, Initiative, Teamwork, Work under Pressure, Adaptability, Innovative-Risk Taker, Persuasive, Capable of Coordinating multitask and multi-functional situations.
- Special Training: Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.),
- Advanced English Level
