Project Manager Land Aquisition

Purpose Assist and work with Land Acquisition Department to acquire land and thirdparty towers, rooftops, and other adhoc Mergers Acquisitions opportunities across all international territories. Plan and oversee the projects to ensure that diligence of a large pipeline of deals under letter of intent is completed in a timely fashion.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, business, or other related field
58 years of project management experience or in related field
5 years of experience managing teams
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Able to multitask in a fastpaced dynamic organization
Sixsigma greenbelt or PMP preferred
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the fill life cycle
Proficiency in MS Excel and related Microsoft Tools required
Bilingual EnglishSpanish required
