Funciones
Look for optimization opportunities and in conjunction with the continues improvement program of the pross plan, Sponsor the implantation of projects to increase productivity, throughput, recovery, reduce operating costs and improve safety.
Working closely with the process control groups with regards to operational changes, trouble shooting, optimization and efficiency of circuit deficiencies through the DCS system.
Working closely with the area supervisors to continue coaching, mentoring and training of best in class operations to ensure safety, environment and production are maintained at their highest capability.
Work towards transforming the area to a digital culture with respect to inspections, rounds, and checklists
Maintain process flow from nuetralization to CIL while and maintaining autoclave throughput and maximizing efficiency.
Monitor circuit changes to meet target KPIS by reacting to change in the ore feed sulfide value and processes.
Provide good communication both oral and written for the coordination of activities between operations.
Ability to adapt and learn new techniques rapidly.
Provide strong leadership and motivational skills
Be able to work in a high stress environment and solve operational issues quickly.
Comply with company guidelines and policies
General knowledge of the safe and proper operation of multiple plant processing equipment.
Monitor and coordinate the shift activities and identify improvement opportunities when warranted and implement when possible.
Involvement in the maintenance activities, including the use of Work Permits for area of responsibility. Ensure the equipment is ready for the planned maintenance activities.
Key Responsibility – Interact, Train, Coach and Guide in succession planning within the operations team to ensure PVDC achieves development of the Dominican employees to assume positions of increasing responsibility.
