Responsible for providing Operational HR Service for a small country, supporting typically <350 employees and direct labour cost of Circa $to be confirmed, with a revenue value of <$100k
•Lead and manage the HR country team (3-4 reports, typically D03 and below)
•Responsible for third party vendors for outsourced HR activity
•Accountable for HR budget /costs
•Problem Complexity - Develops resolutions to diverse array of complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity
•Judgment - Uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices
•Impact - Failure to achieve results would normally have serious results and may require additional expenditure of resources to correct and/or achieve goals
•Freedom to Act - Supervision - Operates independently and/or consultatively in a complex environment toward predetermined long-range targets. Exercises autonomy in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
