FRONT OFFICE /CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT•Manage calls, inbound emails and customer service inquiries (product related questions, service and general concerns).•Generate sales leads that translate into new customers.•Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.•Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the correct methods and tools and resolve doubts.•Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within deadlines, and follow up to ensure resolution.•Receive and process customer orders and file documents.•Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies for order processing.SKILLS•University Student•Advanced English (native speaker)•Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)•1 or more years of experience.•Current residence in Santiago, Dominican Republic (Indispensable).•Orderly •Proactive and take control of your decisions for the benefit of the service.•Responsible and punctual•Must be available to work occasionally for holidays and weekends.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.•Telephone sales skills.LABOR CONDITIONS •Indefinite / Permanent Contract•Immediate Hire•Great Work Environment•Full Time•Schedule Monday-Saturday•Competitive salary + incentives •Benefits by Law
