Construction Project Manager - 12 Month Contract
- Work closely with the Planning, Renewal and Fitout teams aswell askey stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of various large scale projects
- Exposure to a diverse range of portfolios from liquor stores to supermarkets

About the role
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of a defined scope of works on time, within budget, ensuring adherence to quality and safety. We are constantly improving by embracing ambiguity and seeking better ways of delivering projects and supporting team members to think creatively to accomplish work goals.
This role will also see you:
- Responsible for stakeholder engagement
- Provide summary reports on Projects
- Manage the financial position of projects such as cost reporting, forecasting and variation management
- Manage all phases of the project such as Design, Construction, Fitout and Warranty phase
- Manage all Store Renewals
What we’re looking for
- Relevant qualifications in an engineering/project management discipline
- Ability to manage multiple project sites and stakeholders to drive & deliver a national project plan
- A sound understanding of the National Code of Construction and Statutory Consents process
- Work effectively with a large team
- Detailed and the ability to react quickly to change
- Proficient in Procore and Quickbase, with an elementary understanding of SAP
- Demonstrated financial management experience
- Experience in a retail supermarket environment highly desirable
- Ability to travel to regional locations for site meetings and inspections
