Collection professionals play a critical role in supporting the demands of multiple constituents, including regulators, Producers (Agents and Brokers) while staying at the forefront of reporting requirements and compliance strategies. The Collection team includes Cash Flow maximizations, managing commission payments and support Producers relationship

Your contribution at AIG

As a contributor at AIG you are the one the clients turn to in times of need. You act with speed, composure, compassion and knowledge to solve problems and the work you do every day is the heart of AIG’s business.

- Analyze and applied premium payments of insure, brokers, general agents and others
- Collect and analyze outstanding premiums for Direct Agents, Brokers or General Agents
- Analyze and process commission payments for producers (Agents & Brokers)
- Provide direct brokers relationship by meetings or calls with them mainly to resolve situations presented by producers, insured and internal clients related to account receivables and commissions.
- Contribute to operational efficiencies

What we are looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration ( Finance or Accounting preferred)
- One (1) - Two Years of Related Experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Excellent customer service skills and Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
