The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.QualificationsExcellent customer service and communication skillsExperience in customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer experienceAbility to handle difficult customers and resolve customer issues effectivelyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyFluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages a plusBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
