-Manage a team of call center representatives-Talk with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, business initiatives and technologies.*Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner gather and analyze information skillfully develop alternative solutions.-Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, developing, motivating and managing CSRs.-Monitor and evaluate call interactions with customer to ensure excellent service delivery to our customers.-Assist in work force scheduling and adherence to exceed service levels.-Take 2nd level escalated calls from customers and provide guidance to CSR to minimize escalations.Review individual calls and provide appropriate coaching to ensure attainment of set goals, observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy and conformity to company policies.-Track attendance & lateness and work with CSRs to plan performance improvements.-Interact with all operational areas to resolve service issues and improve service to customers.-Help create and maintain an energetic and positive atmosphere focused on meeting customer service levels, continuous improvement, courtesy and prompt customer service.

Requerimientos:
-Supervisor experience (Call Center)-Accent Neutral-Schedule availability-Expert with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products-Must be able to motivate the team.-Effective coaching skills.-Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with employee relations.- Ability to overcome objections.- Customer focus.
