Telecom Lineman
We are seeking an experienced telecom lineman to install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground telecommunication lines and infrastructure. In this role, you will work as part of a team to build, upgrade, and service our telecom network across diverse terrain and weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
Installing and repairing telecom lines and cables, including fiber optic, copper, and coaxial lines Climbing utility poles to access and string cable Operating bucket trucks and related equipment to run new lines and make repairs Planning and coordinating work orders and daily assignments Collaborating with telecom engineers, foremen, and other technicians Working outside in all weather and environmental conditions Following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations Benefits: Competitive hourly pay plus production incentives Premium Medical and Dental insurance Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Requirements: 1 year experience as a telecom lineman Knowledge of telecom systems and networks, including fiber optics and coaxial Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet Ability to lift/carry up to 70lb ladder Full body mobility - twisting, turning, climbing, and standing for long periods Basic knowledge of hand tools Valid driver's license with a clean record Pass background check Promote a positive, professional image Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident Eager to learn new skills
