You will be working with technology company that builds software for marketing and e-commerce teams.
As a Tech Support Specialist you will troubleshoot customers issues and solve them.
This position will also be considered for a promotion to Tier 2 tech support .
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve tickets via voice, chat, email
- Help customers navigate their web portal
- Communicate and coordinate with Tier 2 as needed for more complex issues
- Report customer issues and feedback to management to improve the customer experience and product
Requirements
- B2+ English (written and verbal) with certification
- Clear and concise writing in English
- Good listening skills and attention to detail on the phone in English
- Experience working with technical support or technical background
Preferred Requirements:
- C2 English with certification
- Experience working with API integrations
- Experience with Confluence
