Team Leader

We are searching for experienced Team Leaders who can coach and motivate call center representatives. He/She will support agents after training by monitoring their progress, ensuring that they understand and meet expectations, answering their questions, and providing them with ongoing coaching opportunities and inspiration.

Requirements:

• Advanced/Native English is a must

• Proven 3+ years of experience.

• Open availability to work weekends or late night if needed.

• Knowledge of performance evaluation and metrics

• Ability to work under pressure and navigate tense situations

• Proficient in Office and call center software programs

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent leadership skills with a problem-solving ability

• Integrity and confidentiality.

• Availability to travel to USA for training. US visa available will be a plus.
