Primetel Global Service is seeking friendly, courteous sales staff who excel at a variety of responsibilities from customer service to sales for its new project. You should be a service-orientated individual seeking challenges and opportunities who thrives in a local business.

The primary responsibilities of our Sales Back Office is to maintain outstanding customer service and generate sales.

Sales experience is preferred, although a passion for people and a positive, cheerful attitude is the key to being hired. This is a great chance to work in a great company with environment that employs many longstanding team members from diverse backgrounds.

The major responsibilities for this position include:

Ensure each customer receives outstanding service which follows the S.A.L.E.S process.
Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management
Actively participate in daily huddle meetings
Answer customers’ questions and provide information on procedures and policies

The minimum requirements for this position include:

Education/Training: High School degree, some college preferred. Products along with a willingness to learn.
