As primary organizer and decision maker at site, responsible to supervising the Retail Lottery Office, the Cashiers and Field personnel to ensure smooth and effective running of the office and achievement of sales and revenue targets. Core responsibilities include incremental growth of sales, tracking and collection of A/R, general administration of site and growth of business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides overall leadership and represent the General Manager at site
Provides day to day site leadership to employees and resolves site related issues.
Develops and plans the annual operating budget for site in conjunction with the General Manager
Analyzes operating and financial reports to monitor actual performance against budget forecasts.
Participates in the planning, strategy development and contract renewals process.
Ensures the provision of timely, efficient and appropriate service levels and communication flow to customer(s), both retailers and players.
Devises and implement methods to improve efficiency and profit and to enhance company market position.
Promotes client relations by meeting with potential and existing customers in the jurisdiction to demonstrate products and standards of the company.
Interfaces regularly on behalf of the General Manager with vendors and potential partners.
Assists in documenting field staffing, equipment, procedures, and equipment performance for expansions, proposals and other reasons needed to build and sustain business cases
Develops, presents and delivers upon key performance metrics on all aspects of business
Devises and conducts presentations for the government, beneficiaries and prospective clients,
Is responsible to ensure the Disaster Recovery Plan is up to date and communicated to all employees, ensuring that in case it needs to be executed all the employees will know their roles and will act accordantly.
Liaise with Marketing Team in development of annual marketing plans and presentations
Liaise with Field Services Manager to ensure that route efficiency is maximized through constant supervision and adjustment to route structuring.
Ensures compliance with established company policies, standards and procedures.
Manages all individuals within the site/department either directly or indirectly.
Supervises, hires, evaluates, disciplines, schedules, promotes and assigns duties to staff.
Any other reasonable duties assigned by the General Manager related to the operation of the business.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sales or Operations preferred. Managerial/business management certification or MBA will be an asset.
Experience in Project Management desirable but not mandatory.
10 years of management experience.

Willing to travel on an "as needed" basis.
