Senior Ruby On Rails Developer

The Senior Ruby on Rails Developer will be responsible for leading the technical vision of the platform. He will collaborate with other members of the development team on designing and delivering features as well as fixing issues in the current and future platforms used by Corotos. Junior developers will report to him, and some guidance as well as definition of coding best practices to follow and code reviews are expected in this position. In this dynamic, distributed environment, this position requires agility and fast delivery of new functionalities to drive innovation in the local market.

Requerimientos:
Minimum 5 years experience in Software Development.\r
?Proven work experience as a Senior Ruby on Rails developer.\r
?Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JQuery (Knowledge in Vue.js a big plus)\r
?Experience developing highly interactive applicationsGood knowledge of relational databases (Preferred knowledge in PostgreSQL)\r
?Working knowledge of NoSQL databases?Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP...)\r
?Proficient understanding of Git\r
?Continuous Integration (CI)\r
?Hands-on experience Docker, containers and cloud orchestration frameworks\r
?Ability to work with new emerging technologies\r
?Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with the team\r
?Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.\r
?English spoken and written is a must.
