Must Have: Minimum Qualifications

Industrial Engineer, Preferred with a Master’s degree.
Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Six Sigma Green Belt Training or Certified.
GMP, FDA, ISO regulations Knowledge, Management of AutoCAD or Visio, Project Management, Process Validation
Solid experience in implementing the LEAN principles with a minimum of 5 years working in manufacturing, engineering, materials and quality operations, with a minimum of 3+ years demonstrating achievements in process improvement programs • Provide assistance to the different value chains of the plant to ensure that the objectives for the lean transformation are achieved.

• Actively participate together with the Project Evaluation Committee in order to promote initiatives / ideas within the plant to convert them into viable projects. This includes calculating the financial impact of the projects.

• Provide technical solutions to a wide variety of problems and opportunities. The solutions are innovative, practical, feasible consistent with the objectives of the plant.

• Lead high-level projects that have a substantial impact on the operations of the plant.

• Work with managers to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

• Provide support to OpEx events to impact on culture change.

• Carry out the assigned tasks using their own discretion and judgment in the specific to the type of approach and techniques to be used.
