Eaton’s Power Components Division is currently seeking a SeniorManufacturing Supervisor to join our team.This position is based at our Haina facility.
TheSenior Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible to accomplish productionstandards based on the performance and capacity of production and meet customerrequirements on quality standards for which the company is governed andgenerate maximum results.

Some activities related with the positionwill be:
- Daily production Planning(Load Performance) based on Haina Open Order.
- Ensure monitoring productionstandards and control processes established by Manufacturing manual,established by the production load cell or production target.
- Accomplish all objectivesbelongs to the area; Non Stock Performance, Load Plan, Fill Rate, ScrapReduction, etc.
- Maintain and meet allISO9001 Quality Standards for products.
- Manage the inventory of rawmaterials and in-process within the production line.
- Drive preventive &corrective actions related to daily manufacturing processes throughDepartmental Team through weekly meetings.
- Maintain 5’S in the area.
- Perform Monthly resultspresentation of the results of the department in terms of metrics and measuresestablished by Eaton.
- Supervise and monitor thehourly personnel within their assigned production lines; ensuring attendance,conflicts management, disciplinary action, awards, etc.
- Perform and report to HumanResources changes/ personnel movements such as: department changes, shiftchanges, promotions, departures and others
- Responsible of the ProcessPerformance Management, personnel assigned to its manufacturing lines.
- Supervise and monitoringtechnical personnel hourly providing maintenance machinery in theirmanufacturing lines.
- Actively participate in theDepartmental Teams contributing to Continuous improvements that impact theproductivity that impact Productivity optimization.

Qualifications
Required(Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer,Electronic or Electronic – Mechanical.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similarpositions
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions
- English - Advanced
- PC. knowledge Advanced (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control.
- General Knowledge of: Lean, Quality Standards(ISO9001) & ISO 14001.
- Successful results proven in past experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer: General Knowledge of EBS (EatonBusiness System).
