Eaton’s Commercial & Residential DistributionSolutions Division is currently seekingfor a Senior Analyst HR (Employee Relations & HRBP) to join ourteam.This position is based at our Haina facility.
The Senior Analyst HR (EmployeeRelations) Maintain, create and update all relevant actions to programs thatcontribute to employee satisfaction and the establishment of a positive workingenvironment that reinforce the philosophy of Eaton.
- Responsiblefor the termination process of all employees, both hourly and salaried.
- Responsibleto conduct communications regarding information affecting staff: policies,procedures, congratulations, general changes, general communication toemployees etc.
- Followup business cases among employees or between employees and Supervisor, toensure a positive work environment.
- Responsiblefor the organization and implementation of Employee Opinion Surveys, corporateand internal.
- Carryout and support all the activities of employee motivation such as Mother’s Day,Father’s Day, Christmas Party; activities and recognition of our professional(Engineer Day, Counter Day Psychologist Day, etc..).
- Responsiblefor the maintenance of employee recognition programs such as Employee of theMonth, Perfect Attendance, E-STAR, 5S, Achieving Excellence, etc
- Performmonthly analysis reports in order to maintain data to enable effective decisionmaking.
- Responsiblefor monitoring the media for employees, such as newsletters, murals, kiosks,plasmas, magazines, among others.
- Keepupdated stock of forms that range: warnings personnel forms, feedback forms,among others
- Ombuds Program Support and Corporate ethicsin terms of communications, response reports, etc.
- Comply with the requirements applicable toHRSW position.
- Maintain 5S areas
Qualifications
SeniorAnalyst HR (Employee Relations & HRBP) Basic Requirements:
- BachelorDegree in Administration, Psychology, Accountant, Industrial Engineering orrelated areas
- Minimum3-5 years of experience in similar positions
- Bilingual(English/Spanish)
- PCstrong skills: MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Oulook), Windows,electronic surveys, Preferable: strong knowledge in people management softwares(HR, Payroll and or time & attendance)
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, conflict management, reporting /procedures and leadership.
- Knowledgeableof Labor Law and procedures related.
- Publicpresentation skills / public speaking.
- Competencies:Gets Results through Self & Others, Demonstrates our Leadership Style,Build Organizational Capability, Thinks & Acts Strategically.
