We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team.
As a Recruiter at Slash Staffing, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional candidates for our diverse client base.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and job order qualification to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and job requirements.
Provide expert advice on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, background checks, and onboarding support.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Brand Ambassador: Represent Slash Staffing professionally and positively in all interactions with candidates and clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles and industries.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and relevant employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
