Position Purpose:

Lead the Regional RM team, CBP Process and Retail Category Development process of the Region. This role is responsible for developing Omni trade RE strategies for the Region and shopper solutions based on robust RE, shopper and customer insights. This role will Synchronize consumer strategies, REs shopper strategies and trade support to drive profitable growth and increase demand cost effectively and more efficiently that the competition. This position works closely with both Consumer Marketing and Customer Development and plays and integral role in enhancing demand through Colgates Customers in a cost effective way. The Retail Marketing manager is key for driving leadership connectivity to facilitate integrated campaigns that improve return on investment and demand creation. Will also be responsible of the activity grid and new product Go to Markets for the Region that is developed in conjunction with Consumer Marketing in the Hub.

Lets talk about responsibilities:

1. Build knowledge on Retail Environment, Customer and Shopper through Insights

2. Develop RE Strategy and REs prioritization. Identify and prioritize RE/Customer Growth Initiatives including shopper programs. Work with Consumer Marketing in the Hub to identify category, brand strategies and tactics by retail environment, agreeing annual activity grid, volumes and budget by category and shopper activations

3. Influence commercial agenda to maximize growth in the priority REs

4. Identify emerging shopper trends and new REs

5. Manage the GTN investment: Develop a RE investment strategy which prioritizes the KPIs goals, pays for performance, targets investment to consumer activities, minimizes erosion of selling prices, and gives good return on investment.

6. Lead the Retail Category Development process in the organization and prioritization of services. Develop a Category Management Strategy and activity plan which focuses resources behind priority categories and customer assessment

7. Active support in Customer engagement. Co:lead with the Customer Development Leader the Joint Business plan matrix and develop the strategies to have a mutual sustainable growth with our business partners

8. Develop and annual review retail GTM Strategy, consider the shopper trends, Colgate coverage, key competitors activities

9. Support the process for Budget Review/MYR Volume plan and Financial Goals with Consumer Marketing in the Hub

10. Lead CBP Monthly Discipline : Drive the organization towards a collaborative approach to business planning

11. Set the KPIs that are going to be tracked (5Ps) and the actions plans to close the opportunities. The source of information of this KPIs will be: Syndicated data, Customer POS data, POS data (for example shelf)

12. Ensure excellence on the Marketing activation (Touch point prioritization) to implement: Brand activation and Category demand creation; the activity grid and new product Go to Market for the subsidiary that is developed by Consumer Marketing in the Hub

13. Responsible for prioritize Investment across the different Retail Environments and Customer based on detected opportunities, growth expectations and ROI analysis. Improve the understanding of demand drivers at the point of sale, ensure post:evaluation of ALL promotion activity for Channel in Promo Power format, and revising channel/account tactics based on results

14. Responsible for ecommerce development in the Region, building knowledge and expertise

What you need for this position:

:Bachelors Degree
:5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management (CATMAN), Consumer Marketing, Customer Management or related with the strategy in sales/retail
:Advanced English
:People management experience
:Financial knowledge (P and L, ROI, promotional investment, budget)
