RESUMEN:
Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento del Reglamento del Sistema de Calidad en materia de Calidad y Procesos y Métodos de Fabricación. Para desempeñarse de manera efectiva, el titular debe conocer todos los procesos, especificaciones de productos y funciones de calidad. Brindar soporte y servicio a sus respectivas áreas, asegurándose que cumplan con la normativa interna y externa. Brindar soporte técnico / estadístico a las instalaciones de Haina para asegurar el control del proceso. Participar / Crear protocolos, primero de códigos, Evaluación de incumplimientos y excepciones, cambios de especificaciones. SOP's, pruebas especiales y / o proyectos. Además, será parte de las evaluaciones de riesgos y las iniciativas de validación de métodos de prueba.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
-Participar y mantener pleno conocimiento de la Revisión de Operaciones / Gestión.
-Se reúne con Ingeniería de Productos y Procesos para ayudar en la implementación / evaluación de procesos y equipos nuevos o mejorados.
-Participa y / o crea procesos de validación y protocolos de equipos y / o nuevos subconjuntos.
-Participa en las Validaciones de Software y Protocolos de equipos y / o aplicaciones de bases de datos.
-Mantener en cumplimiento con los requisitos de GMP, FDA, ISO y otras agencias reguladoras.
-Apoyar el diseño, mejora del desarrollo de nuevos procesos y tecnologías de productos.
-Evaluación de quejas de clientes e implementación de Acciones Correctivas y Preventivas
.
-Propietario de los ítems de investigación y auditoría de no conformidades según corresponda.
-Cualquier proyecto especial asignado.
EDUCACIÓN Y / O EXPERIENCIA:
Grado en Farmacia, Ingeniería Industrial o campo afín.
- 3 -5 años de experiencia en Calidad o áreas afines.
-Experiencia en procesos de validación, proceso de fabricación de dispositivos médicos e implementación de proyectos.
CALIFICACIONES: Se espera que este puesto oriente la implementación y el uso de prácticas / conocimientos de ingeniería y gestión, métodos estadísticos, sistemas informáticos e informes técnicos. Autónomo capaz de mantener un conocimiento completo y una información actualizada de las actividades del día a día de Calidad. Capacidad para interactuar con personal de todos los niveles, capaz de seguir instrucciones de manera efectiva y oportuna. Debe estar dispuesto a viajar ocasionalmente. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación oral / escrita.
IDIOMA: -Totalmente bilingüe (inglés y español).
