Provide a variety of engineering work to fully support the activities related to process or product development, introduction and validation of medical devices manufactured in Haina facility.
**Responsibilites**
**Works to identify manufacturing problems and respond to production requests for assistance. Use Project Management principles and fundamentals to all product and processes changes.**
**Perform and assists in the implementation of appropriate process or product designs, changes, materials selection and manufacturing techniques. Perform process or product validations using Local or Divisional engineering resources. Use Project Management principles and fundamentals to all product and processes changes.**
**Participate in the development of new processes or products from concept / design stages through introduction into manufacturing.**

**Work with Product Development Process Requirements to fully develop products for International markets.**
**Education and Experience**
**Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.**
**Fully computer knowledge (MS package, MS Project)**
**2 years of experience in related field required**
