Production Supervisor : Dr25

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Manage and supervise the production activities on the Production Floor, meeting the goals set out in Production Schedule, focusing on the implementation of the processes and on:time delivery, ensuring monitoring quality standards and ensuring that corporate policies and procedures are applied.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION(S):

DESCRIPTION

Check correct setting of the line before the start

Ensure that operators are provided with the necessary equipment to carry out their work

Continuous monitoring of the production work of each operator

Keep updated visual control boards

Implement cross training among all direct workers

Control at all times that operators ensuring apply each time the correct Job at the scanning system.

Maintaining discipline in production cells

Ensure compliance with safety standards

Ensure the organization and cleaning of each workstation (5S)

Ensure compliance with all rules and policies established by the company

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or similar branch of Engineering; or equivalent training and / or experience; or combination of education and experience

More than three years experience in manufacturing company

Ability to effectively respond to complaints or sensitive requirements

Ability to explain and make presentations on complex topics in public

Ability to direct people
