TITLE: Logistics Coordinator Representative IILOCATION: Santo DomingoPOSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Role serves as the entry point into Service Parts and has responsibility oftransactional activities which will enable part ordering, delivery and/orplanning on a global basesResponsible for updating work orders with information in a time sensitivemanner to ensure that schedules for the field can be managed in an optimizedway is key to the success of this role and NCR servicesPosition responsible for understanding Customer needs and NCR's contractualcommitment to both our Internal and external customers; Liaise with 3rdparty providers (3 PL), and will be responsible for ensuring that these carriersdeliver on timeRequired to ensure incoming parts requests submitted by FSC (Field ServiceCentre) are accepted, parts sourced and order is transacted (via CSMS orRemedy tools) and delivered in a timely manner or within expected deliverytargetsRequired to source parts from optimum locations to keep backorders to aminimum and prevent any SLA missesRequired to maintain communications with Service Coordinators and provideregular progress updates on all work order issues; Track and trace parts inthe distribution processRequired to ensure the return of Good/Defective/Quality stock to NCR CentralWarehouse by creating unique In Transit number to be used by the engineerupon the return of the stockRegister quality issues regarding parts deliveries; Ensure all other logisticsrelatedissues are processedExecutes logistics and distribution processesEnsures time and quality requirements are metMonitors process qualityCompletes required daily reportsTroubleshoots and creates correction action plansBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or equivalent1-3 years of related experienceKnowledge of MS Office applications requiredDemonstrates the ability to understand the fundamental principles of CustomerService and Service Parts as stated within the NCR-GSP policies and procedures andcan communicate those principles when discussing tasks, assignments, projects, etcAbility to fill out forms, system input, etc. with accuracyDemonstrates the ability to understand the fundamental principles and elements ofproblem solving techniques and can follow and/or execute procedures and guidelinesset by the departmentUses appropriate tools, forms, and can collect data and identify resources whennecessary to determine solutionsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:BachelorPrior Logistics/Service Parts operational experience a plusCall Center, Field Service Center, Customer Service, Service Parts and/ortransactional contact center experience preferred.
Microsoft Office basic knowledge.
