Job Title: International Video Scouting AssistantDepartment: International ScoutingReports To: Coordinator, International ScoutingLocation: Dominican RepublicStatus: Full-TimeDescription: The International Video Scout Assistant, International Scouting, will oversee the daily video recording and sports technology operations at assigned locations.
Duties will include, but not be limited to: filming and logging games, workouts, and tryouts, as well as editing and uploading them.
Additionally, the International Video Scout Assistant will be responsible for maintaining all sports technology equipment, including setup, logging, and uploading data daily.

Responsibilities: Film and accurately log all games, workouts, and tryouts using video systems.
Efficiently set up and run various sports technology equipment, including but not limited to: Blast Motion Sensors, and upload it at the end of the workout.Operate, troubleshoot, and support cameras and high-speed cameras.Upload videos from different regions around the world.
Provide regular status reports to the Coordinator, International Scouting.Assist scouts with various initiatives as needed.Communicate well within the department and with other departments within the organization.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or currently enrolled college studentMust be able to interact professionally with scouts, players, and front office personnel, and be a good team playerMust be detail oriented, organized and a strong communicatorMust be active, quick-thinking, and a good technology troubleshooterMust have the ability to work with and protect highly confidential informationMust be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidaysFull professional or native fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)Previous experience working with BATS video system, Synergy Baseball and/or sports technology is preferredPreferred Qualifications: English speaking skills are valued.
