Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated person to work with a US based car insurance company.
As a claims representative, you will handle insurance claims filed by insurance customers and ensure customers receive a high level of customer service and professionalism.
What you will do:
• Document all the facts regarding the claim
• Review our methods of inspection with the customers
• Review the insurance coverage of the customer's insurance policy
• Identify, document, and communicate any potential red flags to the file handlers and the team leads
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• No insurance experience required
• B2+ or better English, written and spoken
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in the insurance industry is preferred.
Training:
You will be given training on the car insurance industry and how to process insurance claims.
The program includes a combination of activities designed to give the claims representative a full understanding of the claims department and how the department interacts with other areas of the organization.
You will be developed for success.
Allowance:
In addition to your salary, you will be given a RD $5.000 pesos per month as a transportation allowance.
