PURPOSE OF JOB:
TDC Logistics Dominicana is an organization that focus in multiple back-office services, mainly supporting companies from the tobacco industry. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The ISR plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working with outside sales reps, making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Follow the sales script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Qualify, categorize, and manage opportunities down the sales funnel
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Team with Outside Sales Reps and Broker Agents to provide sales support
Accurately and fully complete all processes and tasks required to complete a sale
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity tools
Experience working with CRMs
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
