In-Person Sales Representative - BELIEVE PMF

Believe is expanding our operations in the Dominican Republic. Building on our established offices in Bonao and La Vega, we are opening in Santiago and Santo Domingo and are seeking driven, in-person Sales Representatives to join those new teams. This role is focused on converting inbound and outbound leads into funded deals by generating applications, submitting files, and closing approved opportunities across a variety of financial products, including Revenue-Based Financing (RBF).

Key Responsibilities

• Work both inbound leads provided by the company and outbound prospecting to generate new business
• Engage and qualify leads across both channels
• Generate applications and submit complete funding files
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through funding
• Close approved deals across multiple financial products (RBF, working capital, term loans, etc.)
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management within the CRM
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to ensure efficient deal flow

Qualifications

• Strong sales and closing ability (financial services or sales experience preferred)
• Fluent Spanish and intermediate English (minimum)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person sales environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
