Funciones del Puesto
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human talent.
Nurture a positive, respectful and collaborative work environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain a market - competitive pay plan and benefits program.
Monitor, observe and maintain execution of all Dominican labor laws in terms of personnel, workers’ compensation, terminations/dismissals, Make sure that the organization is in compliance with regulatory and legal concerns regarding employees.
Partner with managers across the organization to determine staffing needs and determine when training is necessary, and the type of training necessary to improve performance and productivity.
Use traditional and non-traditional resources while overseeing the recruitment process.
Schedule time for acquisition activities, networking, and outreach to potential candidates to build a network with other employers and employees.
Ensures candidates comply with our internal profile and policies.
Extend offers of employment to our selected candidates in collaboration with the Talent acquisition Mgr.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Maintain an active plan that guarantees employee safety, wellness, and health.
Be the strongest brand ambassador of our Culture.
Requisitos del Puesto
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology or Business. Master’s degree in HR related field preferable, but
not indispensable.
High computer skill

Experiencia Deseada
5+ years of work experience in a similar leadership position.
Habilidades Deseadas
Passionate, coachable, high standards, proactive, collaborative, emotional intelligence. Great communicator
