The Site Construction Managers are the Company’s main representatives on site and will control that the work is performed according to contracts, HSE standards, Project program and Quality Standards. All visits and movements on site must be reported to the Site Managers.

The Site Construction Manager:

- Fluent in English, written and oral
- All reporting and e-mail communication in English
- Will be posted at the construction site as a site manager and head all site activities
- Is the Direct Line manager for the EPC Company Solar site based team
- Report on daily progress on site to the Project Manager and Project Planner
- Information and inspection on materials received
- Monitor the progress of construction on site and resolve site issues with the contractors
- Document all issues/problems in the appropriate systems
- Assign daily inspection tasks for the Quality Manager to inspect and properly document all inspections according to Quality Control Plan
- Issue Non-conformance reports
- Ensure that Quality Control Plan is executed
- Responsible for overlooking the progress on construction, control the materials installed and the quality of workmanship.
- Keep pictures of each and every step of the construction. (Daily picture register and uploaded to Sharepoint))
- Reporting on damaged materials on site and immediate need of materials if any in the coming days.
- Report on security issues on site
- Identify and advise the Project Manager of any issues and risks associated with the Project
- Interface with the Company HSE officer on a daily/continuous basis
- Manage and implement a zero tolerance HSE culture at site
- Assist all PM team to execute a large scale, multi-disciplinary PV solar project in remote region
- Responsible to follow up on transfer policies at site
- Approve visitors to site
