Estimator Is Required

Estimator responsible for estimating, scheduling, budgeting, permitting, purchasing and subcontractor selection on construction projects from programming through completion. Position will prepare cost estimates for construction projects, apply established cost estimating practices to ensure estimates are realistic and reflect the defined project scope.
Requirements:
Skill in estimating construction projects in Commercial & Institutional Building design and construction as well as industrial, and/or Heavy Construction/Civil sectors.
Estimating projects ranging from USD $1mm to USD $100 million
Proficient in project cost estimating methodology; quantity surveying; construction practices, including shut-down/turn around/revamp estimating; project cost management and project cost tracking methodology; project schedule management; ProContractor Estimating software a plus.
Knowledge of construction assemblies
Ability to analyze risks and site exposures and apply to estimate
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Fluent in English and Spanish
Willing to travel internationally 100%.
