The ideal candidate has platform experience with Active Campaign, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc. working in campaign management, organic social media and other marketing channels that service the Business:to:Business Community.

You will build and execute campaigns and work to develop scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. The role requires the ability to gather customer feedback and conduct data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions by key stakeholders in the company. You will be working in a fast:paced environment managing multiple projects at once, partnering with both internal and external colleagues.

From a campaign management standpoint, you've previously developed the right nurture tracks to provide incremental value and advance leads towards a sale. We also need you to understand the right types of content to send to the right people at the right time, both for lead nurturing and to boost the sharing and forwarding of our content:driven emails and social media posts.

From a social media standpoint, you've promoted brands to SMB decision makers across several platforms. Your experience should also include developing a content calendar that aligns with business goals but is flexible enough to take advantage of short:term opportunities. Experience integrating organic social with email and paid media is essential. You have also run campaigns that led to increased followers, engagement, new customer inquiry and brand advocacy.

Manages technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, social media platforms) used to launch campaigns that generate, distribute, and report on leads

Establishes and maintains scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management, lead management and conversion rate optimization

Creates and maintains metrics reports on marketing and sales activities

:
Provides insights that highlight effectiveness and business impact

Analyzes marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations that inform business decisions

Monitors and maintains branded assets, customer/community feedback, competition and data quality within the social media platforms and the marketing database

Evaluates new technologies and add:on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

Email Marketing

Manages and builds various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls:to:action, and content used in your email sends

Segments lists based on behaviors such as past media consumption, email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)

Measures results and optimizes the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customers

Works to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of our email sends

Develops documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and messaging that succeeds through email

Social Media

Generates, edits, and publishes daily content
