The Ecommerce Manager will focus on demand-generating analyses and initiatives on a global level, identifying new ways to improve our positioning across all channels.
 Generate incremental traffic and transactions across all channels.
 Identify and execute on new business opportunities.
 Formulate recommendations for product enhancements and new product requirements.
 Explore new opportunities for growth and formulate strategy and execution.
 Optimize existing channel activity by:
o Supervising data loading such as property information, photos, videos, rates, restrictions for all channels.
o Conducting price comparison and analysis of comp sets and resort positioning.
 Liaising with global partners to ensure optimal results by analyzing performance reports to develop new strategies.
 Develop and assist in the development of e-commerce strategies for all channels.
 Full English.
 A minimum of 3 years’ experience in ecommerce with travel experience.
 Strong understanding of multiple Travel, Tours, and Activities sectors internationally.
 Strong negotiation skills.
 Strong analytical capabilities; capable of analyzing and drawing insight from large volumes of data.
 Developed understanding of online marketing principles, strategies, and channels.
 Knowledge of new media, internet related technologies and current web trends.
 Experience of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, diverse, and changeable environment.
 Provides timely, high-quality information to all levels of the organization.
 Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Background in developing and executing lead segmentation and development.
 Experience in project management across multiple geographies and disciplines.
 Experience in leading & collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team.
 Proven business development experience: identifying demand, segmenting targets, developing acquisition strategy, executing acquisition plans.
 Ability to prioritize and drive improvements in operational processes and supporting technology.
 Advanced Excel certification; experience writing formulas, creating analytical models.
