We are looking for an experienced English speaking customer support representative to work with one of our client companies in the tech industry.
You will help users navigate their online portal and resolve issues with their account via email, chat, and voice.
You'll be working with a growing software company based in California who makes software for the public sector.
They make it easier for people to apply to jobs and for organizations to do background checks and hire people.

Salary:
RD $36,000 pesos per month, plus an additional RD $5,000 pesos per month transportation allowance
Schedules available:
05:00AM - 02:00PM
01:00PM - 10:00PM
US and Local Holiday work – Upon client's request.
Additional overtime if working on a Dominican holiday.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling 30-40 tickets per day
- Escalating technical issues through the ticketing system
- Coordinating with other departments to make sure customer issues are resolved
- Helping users navigate the website and their account
- Communicating with customers via email, chat, and voice
Requirements for the role:
- B2+ English
- Must have great reading, writing, listening, and speaking ability in English
- 2+ years experience in a customer support role
- Experience with customer support in a software company a plus
- Experience with Zendesk a plus
