This is an in-office position, full time 40 hours a week.
Two schedules:
1.
9am - 6pm California time (1pm - 10pm Dominican time)
2.
9am - 6pm Sydney, Australia time (6pm - 3am Dominican time)
We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep to work with one of the leading e-commerce marketplaces that specializes in electronics.
We are interested in individuals who are responsible and have good written English.
You'll gain first hand experience with a growing BPO and leading international e-commerce company.
There are opportunities to grow as we promote from within our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails, chats
- Make proper notes in the CRM / helpdesk software
- Follow company procedures
- Escalate tickets as needed
Requirements:
- B2+ or higher English (written and verbal)
- At least 1 year with customer service experience
- Can follow a process and meet targets
Preferred:
- Experience with Zendesk
Transportation allowance:
- RD $5.000 per month
