A vacancy for a Customer Service Buyerhas arisen within Mirabel in Canada.
You will join the department "Customer Service Procurement - Aerostructures, Material and Parts".
We are a multi-cultural, transnational team located in three countries living our team values Respect, Customer Focus, Reliability, Team spirit and Collaboration.
The mission of our department is to deliver the best commercial & contractual conditions of all our Airbus "built to print" and "standard parts" suppliers for our Aftermarket activities which includes Spares, Upgrades, Retrofit and Repairs business. We are mainly managing specific contracts for in-service activities to ensure parts and service availability in line with long-term efficient aircraft operations.
Your role within our department can be split into four main clusters:
(i) Lead the Supplier Selection including Call for Tenders, based on defined commodity strategy
(ii) Ensure the optimization of the Total Cost of Acquisition
(iii) Contribute to the Supplier Development & Performance
(iv) Lead the end-to-end activities related to Contract & Claim Management.
Your boarding pass:
You have a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline,
You have 5 to 10 years experience in a similar environment (Aerospace, Customer services, Commercial)

You are fluent in English and French
