Country Food Service And Bakery Manager

Responsible for the compliance and analysis of sales and market penetration. Develops new products and their presentation with the coordination and direction of the Purchasing Department. Develop and update Check List, Procedures and Operating Manuals for the department. Monitors that the inventory levels are appropriate at each club to ensure the availability of the products.tEvaluate and recommend equipment and designs in the area and ensures proper functioning of the equipment.tFollow up the Plan-O-Gram of your area.tGenerates and reviews reports as required for the department. tMonitors employeexc2x92s performance and reviews training needs as required.tPerforms audits based on the Standard Operating Procedures in the department.tResponsible for the efficient administration of department budget.tSupports the increase on sales and profit for the Club.tUpholds and manages health, safety and hygiene in the area.

Requerimientos:
xc2x95tCollege Degree in Business Administration or similar areas.xc2x95tMinimum seven (7) years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail environment. xc2x95tAbility to communicate effectively, demonstrate teamwork and provide leadership.xc2x95tExcellent math skills. xc2x95tExceptional customer service skills.xc2x95tFood handling certification preferred.xc2x95tKnowledge in Windows operating systems and AS400.xc2x95tProficient in English and/or Spanish languages (verbal and written). xc2x95tTravel required
