Auto req ID: 206331BR Job Description Main Purpose This role is responsible of developing and operating the warehouse and freight network for potato supply chain worth US$28MM annually, this role partners with procurement, manufacturing and planning to move ~47M MT of raw materials from the local field and import areas to the Planta Caribe and warehouses. While operating the network, this manager position brings new warehousing technologies and optimizes the freight network ensuring the highest quality while delivering the lowest cost to serve, logistic.

Accountabilities

Develops the annual plan to receive and move +47M MT of potatoe raw materials.
Execute and operate the potato raw material supply storage to move and stock +47M MT, import & Local to DR system.
Develop and mantein control the unloading process for import potato containers, agile and efficient return.
Develops productivity projects to save +2% of the entire warehouse and freight spend.
Search and bring new warehouse technology to optimize and increase the warehousing quality levels.
Develops specifcs tactics and strategies to optimize the entire potatoe supply chain network.
Partners with QC to bring best warehousing practices and improve the quality of the raw material inventoried.

Ensure and control the timely supply of potatoe from the field.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Agronomist Engineering, industrial or other similar
- Bilingual Spanish-English (reading, writing & speaking)
- Strong analytical skills in logistics, warehousing and planning
- 3-5 years of experience in, warehousing, planning or any other similar functions
