Eaton’s Power Components Division is currently seeking a LeanManufacturing Supervisor to join our team.This position is based at our Hainafacility.
Provide overall leadership and direction in support ofthe Haina Plant facility, (Lean-Six Sigma, CI Framework). Define and leadprojects to improve process, products and components. Define and lead process improvement projects in orderto improve plant’s indicators (Inventory, Yield,Scrap, PPM, Warranty Claims, FillRate, On-Time Performance).
1. Responsible to lead/support Eaton Haina’s work teamin liaison with other Eaton Plant’s work team during product and processtransfers.
2. Ensure that all EBS tools & policies areimplemented and deployed throughout the transferred products, machines &processes.
3. Supportsthe organizational capacity, training and development plan to achieve therequired level of knowledge for Lean Tools for all employees.
4. Leadcontinuous improvement projects that impact Haina productivity &efficiency. Lead Lean cost out initiatives (Operational Opportunities)
5. MaintainPlant Layout update accordingly.
6. Responsibleof CI Program deployment and to lead execution.
7. Support alldepartment in CI Events and project execution.
8. Support EBSPulls process, Strategic, planning and capital plan

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelordegree in Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
- Minimum 5years of experience in similar position.
- AdvancedEnglish conversation.
- Knowledge ofPC: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS-Project, Minitab.
- Knowledgeand experience : Process administration, Lean Manufacturing (Train theTrainer), GreenBelt (Six Sigma). Internal auditor ISO 9001
Preferred(Basic) Qualifications:
- Preferable:Pro-Launch expert.
- Preferknowledge in: Finance, Manufacturing strategy, MESH tools
