Ci Senior Engineer

The purpose of the role Manage and execute implementation, monitoring and improvement of CI programs in Haina.

The scope of the role: Perform operating mechanism assessments, propose proper adjustments to achieve an effective implementation of Lean and Six Sigma.

The impact of the role and focus within the organisation (i.e. cross-functional interactions, etc.) Serves as an organizational coach and mentor on LEAN and SIX SIGMA tools and methods, liaising with Global Continuous Improvement Teams as a key aide and support for HAINA.

Manage,monitorprograms and strategies of CI, through tier systems (manufacturing and non-manufacturing areas)

Develop people on Problem Solving methods,throughproviding training, modelling,mentoring,and coaching.

Executeproblem solving activities to close gapsof KPIs and objectives

Leadprojectsof stabilization,improvement,and transformation, using CI tools and techniques (VSM, Continuous Flow, Std Work, 5s, SMED, Error proofing, TPM, Pull system)

Develop materialtraining andconnect global CI programs with Haina needs.

Accountable for monitoring and reporting on the KPI’s for CI HAINA Teams.

Collaborate and support the Global CI Teams on the local deployment of Corporate initiatives for the HAINA site.
