Join our winning team at BlogDash We are growing like crazy, and we need people who are looking to grow along with us. We want to establish a call center in Puerto Plata. We need to find an experienced call center manager that will oversee all aspects of the BlogDashs call center. This person will be responsible to create all needed systems to manage this program. It is a position that requires a self:starter and highly proactive person.

Responsibilities:
To Hire, train and manage the call center.
Will constantly strive to achieve started goals for each individual program managed.
The overall goal is 2 to 5 appointments per agent per day.

Key to Success:
This is a very hands on position
The majority of time will be spent making and taking calls to set appointments, monitoring telemarketing calls, reviewing tapes, and insuring that all systems and scripts are being followed.
The ability to train and motivate our call center reps with positive reinforcement, enthusiasm, direction, and skill development.
The ability to develop a positive, energetic work environment is crucial.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in managing others, specifically in software telemarketing/telesales into large complex organizations.
