Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst - 8+ years of experience
- Interact with business functional users and executives to understand business requirements & documenting them.
- Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report.
- Create functional solution design to address business, interface and performance requirements.
- Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications and while implementing customizations.
- Serve as clients' main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements.
- Conduct end-user training and provide tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
- Develop and continue to refine System implementation standards and tools.
- Advise on complex MS Dynamics 365 business cases and propose comprehensive solutions using best possible approach that involves using 3rd party’s components and customizations.
- Hands on configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Help Developers to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.
- Minimum 6 years of experience on MSDynamics 365 with an overall experience of 9 years as a Business Analyst.
- Should have been involved in at-least one full-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Certified Professional on Dynamics 365.
Desirable Requirements:
- Formal Business Analyst Qualifications or certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified Professional D365).
- Project Management certification (e. g. Prince 2 Practitioner or PMP)
- Basic knowhow about Azure Platform & IT Infrastructure would be added asset to the company
