Job description
The Customer Solutions Manager works in a consultative role with the local Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers and Operations Teams in the assigned territory to identify and implement “Information Value Product” (IVP) solutions. These include: Web based visibility and monitoring solutions on both the Shipment and Order level, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Business Objects Reporting (KN Login Reporting). Is responsible for the development of special projects along with Cluster Management.
Your tasks and responsibilities
* Partner in the sales cycle responsible for value selling to prospective customers
* Increase value proposition (IVP) to existing customers, including QBR and customer retention activities
* Customer facing with detailed knowledge of all CST products and solutions
* Provide input for RFQ/RFP bids
* May include target accounts
* Define SOW (Scope of Work) document
* Assesses customer supply chain visibility requirements and presents appropriate solutions to the customer during sales / conference calls.
* Provide CST effort cost estimate to BU owners
* Nationalisation of sales and marketing material,
* National counterpart to regional vertical owners/bu owners,
* Communicator with Corporate and own regional manager of customer / industry specific solution requirements.
* Communicate with Product Management, Support and Development to drive change based on customer requirements identified in face to face/RFQ/RFP meetings
* Feed repository for case studies and best practices
* Responsible to train customer facing functions on iVP features and consultative selling
* End-to-End Project Implementation Management for new business
* End-to-End Project Implementation Management for re-implementations
Your skills and experience
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain Management or similar
* Fluent English
