We're seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting team, providing expert support to new clients in setting up their financial systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, attention to detail, and proficiency in QuickBooks & BI software.
Responsibilities
Set up company financials using QuickBooks
Ensure accurate and efficient transaction recording
Review and correct financial errors
Guide clients on bookkeeping best practices
Set up data analysis and comparison reports using Power BI or similar software
Interpret financial reports (Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, P&L) for actionable insights
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
at least at a level of C1 Advanced
Strong accounting background (2+ years)
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in QuickBooks and Power BI
Deep knowledge of financial reporting (Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, P&L)
Ability to interpret financial data for actionable steps
Excellent communication and client service skills
